Clinical Observation of Levocarnitine after Hemodialysis in Uremic Encephalopathy
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of levocarnitine after hemodialysis in uremic encephalopathy.Methods:70 cases of patients with uremic encephalopathy were selected and randomlized into observation groups and control groups,there were 35 cases in every groups,all patients taken hemodialysis and common treatment therapy,patients in observation groups taken levocarnitine after hemodialysis,clinical curative effect were contrasted between observation groups and control groups.Results:33 cases was healing(94.3%)and 2 cases was improved,effective power was 100%,in observation groups,18 cases were healing(51.4%)and 10 cases were improved,effective power was higher in observation groups than in control groups.The level of BUN,Scr, K+,were lower in observation groups than in control groups.Conclusion:Levocarnitine after hemodialysis could effectually improve clinical symptom in uremic encephalopathy,improve clinical curative effect.
