Salt Sensitivity Hypertension Patients Serum Asymmetric Dimethyl Arginine Determination and Its Significance
Abstract:Objective:To study the analysis of salt sensitive hypertension patients serum asymmetry dimethyl arginine ( ADMA) measurement and its significance. Methods:The author’s hospital from October 2010 to October 2011 were treated 30 cases of salt sensitivity in hypertensive patients, through determination of serum asymmetry dimethyl arginine (ADMA) and carbon monoxide levels in author’s hospital, and 30 healthy subjects personnel detection levels were compared. Results:Through the analysis of salt sensitive hypertension group and healthy group seized two serum asymmetry dimethyl arginine ( ADMA) and plasma nitric oxide (NO) level has significant difference(P<0.05),and salt sensitivity of blood pressure in patients with serum ADMA levels and salt sensitive hypertension disease. Conclusion:Clinical of salt sensitive hypertension patients were measured the serum levels of ADMA in plasma and NO can well reflect the salt sensitive hypertension patients condition and progress, and its early treatment and prevention also has important meaning and value.
