Mechanical Ventilation in the Treatment of Severe Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning Clinical Studies of Respiratory Failure
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with respiratory failure. Methods:In author’s hospital diagnosed from September 2010 to September 2012 severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning caused 60 cases of patients with respiratory failure, set up a line of mechanical ventilation treatment of 32 patients in the observation group, over the same period, giving naloxone the respiratory stimulant treatment 28 patients established as a control group, the two groups were compared cure rates and mortality before and after treatment,PaO2,PaCO2, pH changes. Results:The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the mortality rate was significantly lower than the control group. PaO2,PaCO2,pH of the observation group than in the control group improved more significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Mechanical ventilation in patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning of respiratory failure caused low mortality, good treatment effect, worthy of promotion and application.
