Ramosetron Combined with Dexamethasone in Preventing Vomiting Caused by Chemotherapy Curative Effect Analysis
Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical analysis of ramosetron with dexamethasone in preventing chemotherapy-induced vomiting.Methods:Patients with chemotherapy in the treatment of extraction in 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group in the author’s hospital,patients in the observation group using ramosetron and dexamethasone combined therapy,patients in the control group the use of metoclopramide and dexamethasone combined therapy.Results:The observation group patients to relieve nausea and vomiting was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Due to chemotherapy vomiting patients using ramosetron combined with dexamethasone treatment,can effectively ease the nausea and vomiting.
