Effect Observation of Acute Non-variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding with Omeprazole
Abstract：Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding with omeprazole.Methods:173 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011,were randomly divided into the observation group(87 cases) and the control group(86 cases).The observation group was treated with omeprazole 80 mg,72 h treatment of patients with intravenous injection.The control group used famotidine 20 mg for intravenous injection,every 6 h time,continuous injection of 72 h,patients to continue their upper gastrointestinal bleeding were observed after treatment.Results:Condition should be markedly improved after treatment,two groups of patients.The observation group cure level was significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion:Study found that a large amount of bleeding upper gastrointestinal bleeding,long duration,poor tolerance to high mortality,based on these characteristics,using omeprazole on its timely implementation of effective treatment is to reduce the morbidity and mortality of key.
