The Clinical Analysis and Care Measures for 82 Elderly Patients with Cardiovascular
Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical features and methods of care for the elderly cardiovascular patients.Methods:82 patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and experimental group,and each group was of 41 patients.The control group was taken with conventional methods of care of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,the experimental group was taken with care measures according to the clinical characteristics on the basis of the control group. The satisfaction levels and anxiety scores before and after care of the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction level of the experimental group (97.56%) was higher than the control group(73.17%),The anxiety scores in the experiment group after the intervention were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By analyzing the clinical features to develop the care plan of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,can enhance patients’ satisfaction of nursing staff,alleviate anxiety,patients are willing to accept,and it can accelerate recovery of disease.
