The Result Analyze of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus with Comprehensive Treatment
Abstract：Objective:To approach clinical result of gestational diabetes mellitus with comprehensive treatment.Methods:Analyzing clinical data of gestational diabetes mellitus patients,who were divided into control group 30 cases and comprehensive treatment group 40 cases,comparing the effect. Results:The FPG,PPG,Fins,2 h Ins,FCP,2 h CP,HbA1c,dosage of insulin,standard time,BMI of comprehensive treatment group were better than control group,the nocturnal hypoglycaemia,fasting hypoglycemia incidence were lower control group,the difference were statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical result of gestational diabetes mellitus with comprehensive treatment is obviously,low incidence of hypoglycemia,which is to be used.
