Painless Bronchoscopy Lymph Node Needle Biopsy Analysis of 50 Cases
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of painless bronchoscopy lymph node needle aspiration biopsy technique.Methods:50 patients with CT examination found mediastinal and hilar lymph nodes,but can not find new organisms in the trachea or bronchus fiberoptic bronchoscopy in patients with biopsy of a painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy acupuncture attract.Results:48 cases for a clear diagnosis of 37 cases of lung cancer,including 11 cases of small cell lung cancer,9 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma 17 cases;Lymphoma 1 cases;10 cases of benign lung disease,including 9 cases of tuberculosis, sarcoidosis 1 cases;2 patients without a clear diagnosis.50 patients punctures were 108 parts,190-pin,148-pin successful puncture.10 patients with benign lung diseases by microscopic examination of the overall results were negative.37 cases the diagnosis of patients with lung cancer,33 cases of microscopic positive TBNA results of 4 patients only pathological evidence,other tests were negative;4 patients highly suspected cases.Puncture a total of 84 of 37 patients with lung cancer lymph node positive TBNA results 52.30 patients puncture site bleeding,do not need special treatment,and did not affect other operations.No pneumothorax, mediastinal large vascular rupture,mediastinal infection,mediastinal emphysema and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:Bronchoscopy painless lymph node needle biopsy technique in patients with known cases,a high degree of patient satisfaction,ease of operation,security,high accuracy.
