The Applied Analysis of Ventilator Associated Pneumonia by Evidence-Based Nursing
Abstract：Objective:To approach ICU treated patients with severe nursing in our hospital.Methods:To analyze clinical data of ICU treated patients, which was to be divided into conventional care group 30 cases and the Evidence based nursing group 30 cases.Results:The score of APACHEⅡ,the duration of mechanical ventilation,ICU treatment time of the Evidence based nursing group were better than conventional care group,the rate of nurse-patient disputes, nursing error rate,incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia of Evidence based nursing group were better than conventional care group,the difference were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence based nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with ICU,reducing ventilator-associated pneumonia incidence,which is improved the quality of clinical nursing.
