The Method of Inserting and Out the Needle for Relieving the Pain of Intramuscular Injection
Abstract：Objective:To relieve the pain of intramuscular injection.Methods:2009 to 2010 in the department of gynecology of threatened abortion in 128 cases,daily intramuscular injections of progesterone injection and hCG each 1 times,on the first day when injection according to the traditional injection method and the improved injection method.To compare the pain degree.Results:Improved injection method in patients with pain level lower than that of the traditional injection method,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved injection method can reduce the pain of patients.
