The Significance ofβ2-MG,α1-MG and M-ALB in Pregnancy-induced Hypertension
Abstract：Objective:To explore the significance ofβ2-MG,α1-MG and M-ALB in pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods:Select 52 patients with gestational hypertension (PIH) from May 2011 to May 2012,theβ2-MG in blood and urine specimens,α1-MG and M-ALB in urine were detected.Results:Theβ2-MG in blood and urine specimens,α1-MG and M-ALB in urine were higher in the observation group than which in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early detection of the blood and urine β2-MG,urine α1-MG and M-ALB in gestational hypertension is conducive to the early detection of kidney injury,it is important guiding significance in clinical delivery.
