Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage with CT Guided Tube Indwelling Drainage of Hematoma

Abstract：Objective:To explore the CT guided tube indwelling drainage of hematoma microinvasive evacuation of hematoma in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The hospital treated 60 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients were divided into control group(30 cases) and the treatment group(30 cases),the treatment group used CT guided tube indwelling hematoma drainage removal,the control group used department of internal medicine clinical conservative treatment and treatment effects of two groups was observed.Results:After 1 month the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after 6 months of treatment the patients in the treatment group of 24 cases were survival,a survival rate of 80.00%patients,in the control group 14 cases were survival,survival rate in 46.67%,Barthel index score of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical CT guided tube indwelling drainage of hematoma in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is a very effective treatment,can not only reduce the death rate and disability rate of patients,but also for the improvement of the life quality of the patients have important sense,it is worthy of clinical application.
