Children with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome before and after Surgery Quality of Life Survey
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome on the quality of life of children,analysis the surgical treatment quality of life before and after the change.Methods:OSA-18 score and PSG objective monitoring of the quality of life of children in the evaluation before and after surgery.Results:Postoperative children AHI,lowest oxygen,the longest pause time,pause index,hypopnea index compared with before surgery were significantly improved(P<0.05);children with postoperative OSA-18 questionnaire score (51.03±22.78) was significantly lower than the preoperative (87.43±23.71)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children seriously affect the quality of life of children with OSAHS,operation therapy can significantly improve the quality of life of children with,OSA-18 score and PSG detection can provide objective evaluation of clinical efficacy.
