The Experience in Early Microsurgery Management of Intracranial Aneurysm
Abstract：Objective:To investigate early microsurgery management of intracranial aneurysm.Methods:To review retrospectively the data of 27 inpatients who underwent early microsurgery clipping intracranial aneurysm from August 2010 to July 2012.Results:32 aneurysms were clipped in all 27 inpatients.According to GOS standard,23 patients had a good outcome,3 patients had a moderate disability,1 patient died inoperative for aneurysm rerupturing. Conclusion:Intracranial aneurysm rerupturing and DCVS can be avoided by early microsurgery clipping,whose difficulties can be overcome by skillful early microsurgery techniques.
