Influence of PCEA on the Stress Response of Aged THR Patients

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the influence of PCEA on the stress response of aged THR patients.Methods:72 cases of aged THR patients were divided into the observation group(41 cases) and the control group(31 cases).The observation group was treated with PCEA,while the control group was treated with the conventional analgesic method.Observations were carried out about the analgesic effects and stress responses of both groups.Results:There was no significant difference of both groups in contents of NE,E and DA before anesthesia(P>0.05).24 hours after the surgery,the contents of E and DA of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The post-operative excellent rate of analgesia of the observation group was 97.56%,significantly higher than 70.97%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:With good effects of analgesia and little medication,PCEA has active effects on post-operative stress responses and recovery improvement on the treatment of THR.
