The Efficacy Analysis of Locking Plate with the Dynamic Hip Screw for Treatment of Senile Intertrochanteric Fracture
Abstract：Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of locking plate with the dynamic hip screw in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:36 cases of elderly patients with treatment of intertrochanteric fracture were chosen from October 2010 to October 2012 in author’s hospital, randomly divided them into the control group and the experimental group,the control group were given dynamic hip screw treatment,the experimental group were given femur nearly the end of the locking plate for treatment,comparing the treatment efficacy,hip joint activity time,fracture healing time,complications estrus of patients of the two groups.Results:The treatment efficacy,hip joint activity time,fracture healing time,complication rate in the experimental group had a significant advantage than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The locking plate for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures has a ideal clinical outcomes,and rapid postoperative recovery,a more secure and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
