Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Breviscapine Injection on Property of Hemorheology in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of Buyang huanwu decoction combined with breviscapine injection on property of hemorheology in the patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods:72 patients with ACI were divided into observation group (n=36) and control group(n=36),the patients in the control group were given breviscapine injection on the basis of routine treatment,while patients in the observation group were added with Buyang huanwu decoction. The two groups were treated for 1 month,and the property of hemorheology were evaluated and analyzed.Results:The hemorheology indexes such as high,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit of the observation group were superior to the control group and before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Buyang huanwu decoction combined with breviscapine injection has obvious effect in ACI,which can significantly improve the property of hemorheology.
