Effects of Nicorandil on Cardiac Function in Chronic Heart Failure
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of nicorandil on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods:92 patients with CHF were randomly divided into nicorandil treatment group and conventional treatment group. The conventional treatment group was given conventional treatment and nicorandil treatment group was given nicorandil on the use of conventional treatment. Two groups of patients were detected left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVESD)and 6 minute walk test(6MWT) before and after treatment. Results:Compared with the conventional treatment group,LVEDD,LVESD was significantly reduced, and LVEF,6MWT increased significantly in nicorandil treatment group. Conclusion:Nicorandil added on conventional treatment can effectively improve the cardiac function in patients with CHF .
