Antepartum Fever Related Factors and Corresponding Nursing Interventions During Childbirth

Abstract：Objective:To investigate antenatal heating related causes and effective nursing measures.Methods:Select 400 cases in the department of obstetrics and gynecology hospital in 2010-2012 during the reception of the parturient women,according to the prenatal have fever randomly divided into prenatal fever group,the group of each heat 200 cases,the two groups maternity rupture of membranes,delivery methods,amniotic fluid pollution,postpartum hemorrhage and incidence of neonatal suffocation indices such as comparative analysis,the prenatal heating common causes and the corresponding nursing measures to make summary.Results:Premature rupture of membrane is the main cause of prenatal fever;Prenatal fever group maternity amniotic fluid pollution, cesarean section rate and incidence of neonatal suffocation were significantly higher than that of the heating group,the difference had statistically mean(P<0.05). Conclusion:Premature rupture of membrane increased antenatal fever risk,leading to maternal cesarean section rate,neonatal suffocation rate and amniotic fluid pollution rise,strengthen the prenatal fever maternity care is of important significance.
