The Care of the patiens Who Treated Staghorn Calculi by Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy
Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for staghorn calculi during nursing intervention.Methods:Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of 75 cases of patients with staghorn calculi.Randomized to the observation group after the implementation of the system of nursing intervention,the implementation of routine care control group. The incidence of postoperative complications were observed and care for patients with a satisfaction rate differences.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group,a lower incidence of postoperative complications,nurse and patient satisfaction rate is higher,the difference had statistically mean(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the system during extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of staghorn calculi nursing intervention has a positive role in promoting the rehabilitation process.
