Effects of Psychological Intervention on Emotion and Life Quality after Operation in PCI Patients with D Type Personality
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of psychological intervention on emotion and life quality after operation in PCI patients with D type personality. Methods:One hundred PCI patients with D type personality were randomly divided into interventional group and control group of 50 cases each.Control group was given usual nursing,whereas interventional group received psychological intervention.SAS,SDS and GQOL-74 were performed before and 12 weeks after intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of life quality was more increased,SAS and SDS were significantly decreased in interventional group compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention may effectively attenuate anxiety and depression as well as improve life quality of the PCI patients with D type personality.
