Pharmacodynamic Comparative Study between Granules and Decoction of Semen Cassiae in Regulating Blood Lipid
Abstract：Objective:To compare the pharmacodynamics of granules and decoction of Semen Cassiae in regulating blood lipid and in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical medication.Methods:Negative control group,model group,positive control group(Xuezhikang Capsule),Semen Cassiae granules group and Chinese herbal pieces decoction group were set up in this study.TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were served as research indicators.Results:The level of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C in Semen Cassiae granules group and positive control group were reduced significantly compared with model group(P<0.05);There were significant difference between Semen Cassiae granules group and Chinese herbal pieces decoction group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Semen Cassiae granules were superior to Chinese herbal pieces decoction in regulating blood lipid of hyperlipemia rats.
