The Effect of Resectoscope Plasma Electric Vaporization Resection Combined with Antiandrogen in the Treatment of Advanced Prostate Cancer
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of resectoscope plasma electric vaporization resection combined with antiandrogen in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer.Methods:35 cases advanced prostate cancer patients in author’s hospital were given resectoscope plasma electric vaporization resection and orchiectomy,postoperative use bicalutamide antiandrogen treatment,the prostate symptom score,quality of life score,PSA,residual urine volume,maximum urinary flow rate of the patients before and after treatment were compared and analysed.Results:The patients were followed up,compared with before treatment,the IPSS and QOL score,PSA,RV,MFR of patients in 1 year after surgery had statistically significant difference(P<0.01);Follow-up of 3 years operation curative effect in patients had dropped than in 1 year after surgery,but still were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion:Advanced prostate cancer patients with resectoscope plasma electric vaporization resection combined with antiandrogen treatment,has the virtues of small trauma,less bleeding,safe and effective,and can obviously improve the patient’s quality of life,delay the progression of disease and prolong its service life,it is worth clinical application.
