Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Elastic Stable Intramedullary Nailing in Treatment of Shaft Fractures in Children
Abstract:Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effect of the femoral shaft fracture in children with elastic stable intramedullary nailing. Methods:The sixteen cases of shaft fractures in children minimally traumatizing treated with elastic stable intramedullary nailing leading with C arm X ray machine were analyzed and researched.Results:Sixteen cases of the proup were followed up.The postoperation follow-up average time was 10 months,all fractures of the 16 cases were healed,average healing time was 10 weeks,avrage time under movement and total load-bearing was 8 weeks. Conclusion:The elastic stable intramedullary nailing in correct treatment of shaft fractures in children has many marked advantages,such as safety,minimally invasive,healing quickly etc.It ought to be popularized.
