The Effect of the Application for Evidence-based Care in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis
Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of the application for evidence-based care in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:98 patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group and the experimental group, and 49 cases in each group. The control group was taken with conventional methods of care for acute pancreatitis, and the experimental group was with evidence-based care on the basis of the control group. The satisfaction level for the hospital nurses and anxiety scores before and after implementation of evidence-based care model for the two groups were compared. Results:The satisfaction level of nurses in the experiment group was lower than the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The anxiety scores in the experimental group treated with evidence-based nursing were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based care measures can effectively reduce the suffering of patients with acute pancreatitis, improve patient satisfaction for caregivers and effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients, which will help the speedy recovery of patients.
