Application Value of Multiple MRI Examination Techniques in the Diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer
Abstract:Objective:To study the application value of multiple MRI examination techniques in the clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.Methods:96 cases of patients with pancreatic cancer confirmed by hospital surgical pathology and clinical validation were selected, all patients were in the hospital to accept conventional the pancreas sequence scan, magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP),Gd-DTPA dynamic enhanced scan, the differences between the different MRI results and confirmed the results of the case were compared. Results:The conventional MRI sequences and MRCP examination results and the confirmed results was with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The joint inspection results of Gd-DTPA and a variety of MRI technology and the confirmed results showed no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The joint application of MRI examination technology can significantly improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,in particular can significantly improve the detection rate of small pancreatic tumors, provide accurate scientific basis for early diagnosis and early treatment of pancreatic cancer.
