The Discussion of Hemodynamic Changes in Ischemic Stroke Patients

Abstract：Objective:To observe the changes of ischemic stroke in paralytics and monitor the changes of patient’s condition. Methods:The various indicators of haemorheology were evaluated in 123 inpatients with ischemic stroke and 50 cases of health examination with Chongqing TMSC 2030-blood rheometer. The difference of haemorheology were compared among the different groups.Results:Cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride (TG),whole blood low cut,whole blood reduced viscosity of the TIA group were high than the healthy control group (P<0.05);but the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,the whole blood high cut rate of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The indicators of haemorheology of 27 paralytics who had been treated showed that their blood viscosity were lower and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were increase and had changes of whole blood reduced viscosity.Conclusion:Monitoring the changes of haemorheology conduce to prevent the paralytics and evaluate the therapeutic effect.
