Curative Effect Observation of Valsartan and Hydrochlorothiazide in the Treatment of Diastolic Hypertension
Abstract：Objective:To explore the drug treatment strategies of middle-aged patients with refractory diastolic hypertension.Methods:56 cases diastolic hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups,the study group were treated with valsartan ang hydrochlorothiazide,the control group were treated with valsartan,the curative effect of two groups was observed.Results:The difference of blood pressure increase and incidence of cardiovascular events between study group and control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small dose of diuretic and ARB pooling is a good way,safe and effective.
