Clinical Observation of NSAID on Periodontitis and Gingivitis
Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of NSAID for periodontitis and gingivitis. Methods:Select 120 cases of periodontitis and gingivitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control groups.Control group used iodine glycerin treatment,treatment group used oral ibuprofen. To determine efficacy after a course of treatment.Results:After one week of treatment,the treatment group SBI were significantly lower(P<0.05),and a course of treatment later,the AL treatment group significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ibuprofen can effectively control the gums,pain and edema,relieve the patient’s clinical symptoms,It is worthy of clinical application.
