Effect of Omeprazole Using Time of Hospital Acquired Pneumonia in Patients with ICU Mechanical Ventilation
Abstract：Objective:To analyze the impact of omeprazole use time on the ICU mechanical ventilation patients with hospital-acquired pneumonia. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 40 cases of ICU mechanical ventilation patients in our hospital.Results:The gastric juice pH value and hospital-acquired pneumonia incidence of ICU mechanical ventilation patients whose omeprazole use time was 3 days were significantly lower than that of 15 days,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:If the ICU mechanically ventilated patients are given appropriate omeprazole use time,their pH value of gastric juice can be maintained at an appropriate level,so that the hospital-acquired pneumonia incidence stabilizes at a lower level.
