Simple T Wave Abnormalities in Noise Operation Workers Organic Heart Disease of Evaluation
Abstract：Objective:To Simple T wave abnormality of electrocardiogram in workers exposed to noise of organic heart disease in the diagnosis value and significance.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 2012 September in our centre physical examination of 1124 cases of workers exposed to noise in physical examination data.Results:Electrocardiogram with T wave abnormality in 34 cases,the incidence of about 3.02%;of which 18 were nonspecific change,12 cases of treadmill exercise test was positive,4 cases of cardiac ultrasound abnormalities.Conclusion:Simple T wave abnormalities in electrocardiogram of workers exposed to noise in organic heart disease diagnosis in the great value and significance,but with the treadmill exercise test,echocardiography and clinical data on the combination evaluation.
