Prevention and Treatment of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Bile Duct Injury

Abstract：Objective:To discuss the causes,prevention and treatment measures of laparoscopic cholecystectomy bile duct injury.Methods:From October 2005 to August 2010 3000 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,including eight cases of bile duct injury,the clinical data of 8 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with bile duct injury were retrospectively analyzed,analysis of the 8 patients the injury site,injury causes and take preventive measures.Results:8 patients were discharged by the corresponding treatment,a common cause of laparoscopic cholecystectomy bile duct injury due to someone for a reason there are anatomical pathology factors and objective factors,the multiple factors once the bile duct injury in a timely manner and take effective measures to the most ideal.Conclusion:Prevention of bile duct injury is the key measures is the close monitoring of patients with bile duct injury time,location,type,etc, corresponding to different treatment methods,surgical procedures,according to the surgeon’s experience and ability,specifications and detailed operation;these measures can minimize the surgicalrisks,reduce patient pain,and improve patients’quality of life.
