The Clinical Observation and Discussion in 49 Cases of Elderly Patients in Anesthesia
Abstract:Objective:To explore the methods of anesthesia in elderly patients with implementation and security discussion.Methods:From May 2009 to April 2012 in author’s hospital 49 cases of elderly patients with the upper abdominal operation,were divided into control group (n=24) and observation group (25 cases).The control group were given general anesthesia,the observation group were given epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia,and the anesthesia results of patients of two groups were compared.Results:The observation group with dosage,sober and extubation time were significantly less than that of the control group patients(P<0.05);the postoperative complications were less than that in the control group. Conclusion:Epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia can reduce the toxicity of drugs and patient physiological effects,stimulating catheter and complications,suitable for aged patients;in addition to doing the anesthetic preparation preoperative and intraoperative monitoring,to more effectively ensure the safety of perioperative period in patients with.
