The Perioperative Nursing of Critically Ill Children who Were Choked by Airhay Foreign Body
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of serious pediatric foreign bodies in respiratory tract.Methods:92 cases with serious foreign bodies in respiratory tract were analyzed retrospectively,which were collected from department of otolaryngology in Zhengzhou children’s hospital from January 2010 to October 2012.Results:Under total intravenous anesthesia the authors took out foreign bodies by bronchoscope in 91 cases,13 cases had apnea during operation and no tracheotomy and dead case due to effective therapy methods.Conclusion:The ensurance of successful treatment of serious airway foreign body depends on the following:reasonable psychological care strict observation of dynamic changes of the patients,improved perioperative preparation, maintainence of ventilation of airway,and taking precautions against complications.
