197 Patients with Gastrointestinal Disordes Checked by 13C-urea Breath Test
Abstract：Objective:The purpose of this study is to screening the helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in patients with gastrointestinal disorders in hospital and offer evidence to treatment. Methods:During June 2011-June 2012,197 patients with gastrointestinal disorders was cheeked by 13C-urea breath test (13C-UBT), and evaluated the infection rates of Hp,the postive ones were given specific therapy. Results:In the 197 patients,the infected was 108,the total of infection rate was 54.82%. And the infection rate of men was slightly higher than women,it was significant higher in the adolescence or the aged when compared with the youngsters.Conclusion:Gastrointestinal disordes is collectly with the helicobacter pylori(Hp) infected.
