Epidural Anesthesia in Gynecologic Laparoscopic Operation in Anesthetic Effect Analysis
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical study of epidural anesthesia in gynecologic laparoscopic patients application. Methods:From December 2009 to June 2010 122 patients in our hospital gynecological admitted as the research object, randomized to epidural anesthesia group (study group,n=61) and endotracheal intubation anesthesia group ( control group,n=61),grouping of the anesthesia effect research. Results:Compared with control group, the study group patients with postoperative complication rate was 4.92% (3/61),significantly lower than that of control group (χ2=3.81,P<0.05);the study group patients blood gas testing results showed that:the intraoperative blood gas level fluctuations, hemodynamic stability;compared with the control group, the study group after anesthesia recovery time significantly shorter than the control group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The two kinds of anesthesia methods can be used in gynecological laparoscopic operation,in clinical application to patients operation time, disease status and premise condition appropriate anesthesia, anesthesia in respiratory and circulatory management,to reduce anesthetic complications.
