Clinical Research on the Treatment of Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis with Diosmin
Abstract：Objective:To study the clinical effects of diosmin in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy for out-patients.Methods:To observe the clinical effects of diosmin which were taken orally to treat the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in 130 cases.The control group were given mannitol and dexamethasone intravenously guttae.Results:After a course of treatment,the total effectiveness were 76.15%(99/130),and the obvious effectiveness 46.92%(61/130) in treatment group and no adverse reaction was found during the treatment.There was no obvious difference between treatment group and control group in treatment effectiveness.Conclusion:The clinical application of diosmin shows that the medicine has obvious effect on the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Hence,it is worthy to be recommended in the conservative treatment of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy for out-patients.
