The Application of the Vaginal Fascia Suture in Prolapse of Uterus and Vaginal Wall
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application of the vaginal fascia suture in prolapse of uterus and vaginal wall.Methods:Before or after vaginal wall and free fascia,removed from the side of the mucosal layer,stitched to the contralateral dissection surface root.On the side of free vaginal fascia covering the above is stitched to the mucosal surface,remove the fascia layer root,double-layer suture.Increase to support organ support force.Vaginal stump were associated with bilateral main ligaments,sacroiliac ligament suture,prevention of vaginal stump prolapse recurrence.Results:After follow-up,anterior and posterior vaginal wall,bladder anatomical location was normal in 27 cases,accounting for 96.5%,Ⅰ degree vaginal stump prolapse in 1 cases,accounting for 3.5%.Conclusion:The vaginal fascia suture is better method for prolapse of uterus and vaginal wall.
