Hemodialysis Patients’ Quality of Life Investigation and Risk Factors Analysis
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the quality of life in hemodialysis patients and related risk factors.Methods:100 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011 were selected,all patients filled in the questionnaire about the end-stage disease kidney dialysis patients on risk factors and life quality.Results:The score of nephrotic influence,nephrotic burden,work status,cognitive function and quality of sleep in various dimensions were little than the general population(P<0.01).There were 100 cases with infection,pulmonary infection in 45 cases,vascular access in 40 patients,10 cases of intestinal infection,the other 5 cases.Conclusion:To comprehensive analyse the various kinds of influence factors and make corresponding improvement in order to all-around improve patients’quality of life.
