Diagnostic Significance of Detecting Peripheral Blood T Lymphocyte Subsetsin Patients with Chronic Tonsillitis
Abstract:Objective:To study the characteristics and diagnostic significance of detecting peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic tonsillitis.Methods:40 cases patients with chronic tonsillitis patients and 40 cases of healthy control people were selected, and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were detected with flow cytometric analysis, and difference were contrasted between chronic tonsillitis groups and healthy control groups. Results:CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ratio was notable lower in chronic tonsillitis groups than in healthy control groups(P<0.01),CD8+was identical between chronic tonsillitis groups and in healthy control groups(P>0.05),CD4+and CD45RA+was negative correlative with Cystatin in peripheral blood (r=-0.276,P<0.05),CD3+and CD4+/CD8+was positive correlative with ESR in peripheral blood(P<0.05).Conclusion:T cellular immunity was disbalance in patients with chronic tonsillitis, change of CD4+and CD45RA+T could pretest kidney damage in patients with chronic tonsillitis.
