Side a Inside Sphincter Cut Suture Surgical Treatment of 77 Cases of Chronic Anal Fissure Analysis
Abstract：Objective:Observe side in a sphincter cut cut suture technique in the treatment of chronic anal fissure clinical curative effect. Methods:Collect ours hospital from October 2007 to October 2012 77 cases by the side in treatment of chronic anal fissure sphincter amputation of case analysis. Results:Get better curative effect,The total effective rate was up to 97.4%. Conclusion:Side a inside sphincter cut suture technique reliable curative effect,cure time is short,less postoperative complications
