The Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Varicocele/
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the surgery method,efficacy and feasibility of litter incision in the treatment of varicocele.Methods:The clinical dates of 156 cases with litter incision in the treatment of varicocele were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The operation of 156 cases was successful,the operation time was 15-45 minutes(average 21.5 minutes),effect is good,there were no recurrence and atrophy of testis in follow-up.Conclusion:Litter incision in the treatment of varicocele is a safe and effective treatment modality.
