The Influence of Mental Nursing on Orthopedic Patients Compliance of Early Rehabilitation Training
Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of mental nursing on orthopedic patients compliance of early rehabilitation training.Methods:350 cases of orthopedic patients admit in our hospital from Feb 2011 to Feb 2012 were selected as objects. They were randomly divided into nursing group and control group, 175 cases in the nursing group and others in the control group. The quality of life and compliance of patients were recorded.Results:(1)The mental nursing group was significant higher than control group in mental health,role-emotional,role-physical,physical function,pain,society function,viability and general health, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);(2) The compliance of functional training in the nursing group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Mental nursing has a great effect on the improvement of orthopedic patients compliance of early rehabilitation training and it is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
