Clinical Observation of Protein Succinate Iron Treatment of Pregnancy Iron Deficiency Anemia

Abstract：Objective:To explore clinical efficacy differences of iron protein succinylate and ferrous fumarate treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods:From March 2009 to March 2011 in author’s hospital perinatal patient line of perinatal health care of pregnant women in 120 cases of pregnancy in 12-20 weeks pregnant randomly divided into the study group 60 cases,were given proteinsuccinylate oral iron for correction of anemia,60 cases in the control group were given oral ferrous fumarate tablets,the blood and iron metabolism indices change,efficacy and tolerability of the pregnant women of two groups before treatment,after treatment 6 weeks were detected and recorded.Results:After 6 weeks treatment,study group and the control group between erythrocyte and iron metabolism index showed no significant difference (P>0.05).The use of iron proteinsuccinylate pregnant women with no adverse reactions,in the oral ferrous fumarate,but after 5 weeks,the control group 8 cases with adverse reaction.Conclusion:Iron proteinsuccinylate and ferrous fumarate tablets for treatment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy with good effect,can effectively alleviate iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes,but iron proteinsuccinylate have fewer adverse reactions than ferrous fumarate tablets,can be well tolerated,long term use.
