Approaches to Promote Hospital High Quality nursing service
Abstract：Objective:To understand the methods of hospital outpatient nursing,probe into approaches to promote hospital high quality nursing service,and summarize the experience in improving hospital high quality nursing service.Methods:The clinical data of improving our hospital nursing methods and promoting hospital high quality nursing service for the past three years are retrospectively analyzed.Results:Through improved methods to promote quality services,and improved than before,foundation hospital outpatient quality of care,patient satisfaction and nursing ability and level of service has improved significantly, compared before and after a significant statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:It has a positive effect in improving the hospital nursing quality ,patients’degree of satisfaction and the nurses’service qualit.
