Investigation of CA125,CA153 and CA199 for Ovarian Cancer and the Early Diagnosis of its Metastasis
Abstract:Objective:To study the expression of CA125,CA153 and CA199 of serum, ascites and peritoneal washing liquid, explore the value of three tumor markers in ovarian cancer and the early diagnosis of its metastasis. Methods:Electrochemiluminescence method was used to respectively detect the levels of CA125,CA153 and CA199 of serum, ascites and peritoneal washing liquid both in patients with ovarian cancer and the normal control group.Results:(1)The levels of CA125,CA153 and CA199 of serum, ascites and peritoneal washing liquid in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P<0.01).(2)The regression analysis of Logistic showed that the expression of CA125,CA153 and CA199 of serum, ascites and peritoneal washing liquid all had some distinguish significance to diagnose ovarian cancer and the early diagnosis of its metastasis, especially CA125.(3)The rate of CA125 expression was obviously raised up,following pathological stages of ovarian cancer operation increased. It prompted the rate was related with the malignant biological behaviour of invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer. Conclusion:It is significant to diagnose ovarian cancer and early diagnosis of its metastasis by detecting CA125, CA153 and CA199 of serum, ascites and peritoneal washing liquid in patients.
