The Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Oxygen Atomized Inhalation of 5% Hypertonic Saline and Atrovent in the Treatment of Bronchiolitis in Children
Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of oxygen atomized inhalation of 5% hypertonic saline and atropine in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.Methods:96 cases were randomly divided into observation group of 49 and control group of 47.Both groups were given regular treatment by the same way,in addition,the observation group was given aerosol inhalation of 5% hypertonic saline and Atrovent,while the control group was given aerosol inhalation of 0.9%saline mixed with the injection of salbutamol.All the treatments were given 3 times a day until the symptoms disappeared.Observed 2 groups’efficacy,lasting time of wheezing and cough,and length of stay.Results:Both two groups were healing,and the time of symptom,sign and hospital stays in the observation group was significantly littler than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of oxygen atomized inhalation of 5% hypertonic saline and atrovent can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy of bronchiolitis in children.
