The Research of Lymphocyte Immune Treatment for Recurrent Abortion
Abstract：Objective:To study the method and effect of lymphocyte immune therapy for recurrent abortion.Methods:To select 86 cases of recurrent abortion from July 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital which were randomly divided into the observation group in 43 cases (lymphocyte immune treatment) and the control group of 43 cases (traditional defend treatment).To compare the successful pregnancy rate.Results:The successful pregnancy rate of observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The successful pregnancy rate was significant difference in blocking antibody positive and negative(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lymphocyte immune therapy for recurrent abortion can increase pregnancy rate,reduce the abortion rate,it is worth for clinical promotion use.
