A Clinical Study of Total Glucosides of Paeony (TGP) Combined with Mizolastine in Patients with Simple Anaphylactoid Purpura(AP)
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effects of TGP and mizolastine in the treatment of simple AP.Methods:100 cases of patients with simple AP were randomly divided into the treatment group 60 cases and the control group 45 cases,the treatment group was treated with GTP 1.8 g,3 times a day combined with mizolastine 10 mg,once a day,the control group was treated only with mizolastine.Every 4 weeks consisted of a treatment period and examination was made in pretreats in the fourth weekend respectively.Results:After four weeks,the cure rate and time of rash disappeared of treatment group showed a significant difference compared with that of control group.Conclusion:The GTP combined with mizolastine treatment is a effective treatment for simple AP.
