Curative Effect Observation of Hysteroscope Electrocision for Endometrial Polyps/

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of hysteroscope electrocision on endometrial polyps(EP).Methods:100 cases of patients with EP were randomized divided into observation group(n=50) and control group(n=50),hysteroscope electrocision were taken in observation group,hysteroscope dilatation and curettage were taken in control group,clinical curative effect were contrasted between observation group and control group.Results:Menstrual blood volume were more decreasing in two month after therapeutics in observation group and control group(P<0.05),the menstrual blood volume were less in observation group than in control group after treatment(P<0.01),incidence rate of complication and relapse rate were lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05), remission rate of symptom was higher in observation groups than in control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscope electrocision on endometrial polyps can notable release clinical symptom,decrease postoperative complications,decrease remission rate,and is ideal therapia method for EP.
